i booked a breakfast included room, it was great. the staff was super friendly and helpful, you could see the five stars were worth it. the rooms had soundproofing, my room was spacious.
the spa charged six euros for basic slippers, a service that must be included. the bathrooms inside the changing rooms lacked door handles, this is a significant privacy oversight.

there are two big outdoor swimming pools just outside. i went to the spa every evening, a great feature. the hotel has several restaurants that are a short walk away.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. it included fresh fruit and a variety of hot dishes. the hotel provided direct access to the sea. i swam there every morning. the staff were cheerful. they were always ready to assist with any questions i had.
the air conditioning made a loud noise in the room. it was difficult to sleep sometimes. i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. the tiles had some cracks. the gym was quite small. it had limited equipment for a hotel of this size.

the breakfast was decent enough, i guess.
The room smelled of a sewer, disgusting! i reported it, and they just started using more air freshener each day. It didn't solve the problem. the air conditioning was also noisy. It made sleeping difficult.
